Cancellations will be accepted up to 48 hours before the scheduled service.
Within 48 hours of the service, cancellations will result in the booking fee being non-refundable.

If the appointment is rescheduled within 48 hours of the service to an appointment within 7 days then this fee will taken off the end payment. The booking fee will no longer be refundable. This does not apply to aesthetic treatments. 

All aesthetic appointments require a non-refundable booking fee of £30.
