Terms and Conditions

• All new clients booking hair colours, eyelash or brow treatments require a patch test at least 48hrs prior to appointment.

• All aesthetic appointments require a consultation prior to appointment.
• All aesthetic appointments require a non-refundable £30 deposit upon booking. 

• Antiwrinkle treatment requires a non refundable payment of £30. This is for new clients and clients that have had a change in medical history/medication.
• Gift vouchers are non-refundable.

• Complaints are to be made to Kelly or Florann.

• All services carried out are non-refundable.

• Please allow at least 48 hours if rescheduling or cancelling your appointment. Appointments cancelled within 24 hours will result in a charge of 50% of the service cost. This will be deducted from your next appointment if rescheduled within 2 weeks.
